Engineering/Maintenance Technician I

They are seeking an Engineering/Maintenance Technician I to investigate building systems, document operational data, and prepare recommendations for system improvements under the supervision of the Engineering Project Manager.

Investigates building systems and documents operational data
Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Specific training in the area of expertise (engineering and/or maintenance discipline) equivalent to 1 year of college; such training may be at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization
5 years related work experience with each year of accredited education being worth 1 year of work experience
Advanced knowledge of two specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal and regulatory stipulations and codes
