Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficient with the basic use of computer functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
Strong verbal and written communication skills is required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy
Team oriented but able to work independently
High school diploma is required
Preferred
Experience with the Zendesk customer service platform is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
