Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and comprehensive administration support for clients

Support clients through email and/or phone calls

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Complete multiple client objectives in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality

Broaden knowledge of the financial services industry by learning new concepts and systems

Ensure that all objectives consistently meet the highest standard of quality and accuracy

Required

BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience

Internship experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls

Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers
