Responsibilities

Lead major workstreams in the global delivery of Elevate flagship productions, in partnership with other senior event leads
Define and implement a strategy that aligns the production experience with monday.com’s global business priorities
Lead external vendors, production agencies, and partners at scale
Ensure operational excellence: budget control, contract negotiation, risk management, and execution under tight timelines

Required

10+ years leading global event/experiential marketing initiatives for high-growth tech and product-led companies
Proven success owning and scaling flagship, owned conferences with 5,000+ attendees, from strategic vision through execution
Strong ability to operate at executive level, translating C-Suite objectives into impactful event and experience strategies
Demonstrated track-record managing complex global productions, external agencies and vendors, and multimillion-dollar budgets
Deep expertise in large-scale, in-person experiences designed to drive brand affinity, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes
Exceptional program leadership skills, confidently steering multiple parallel workstreams across cross-functional, international teams
Highly effective communicator, able to influence and align senior stakeholders across regions and time zones
Willingness to travel up to 30% to lead on-site delivery of major global productions
