Lead and oversee large-scale projects, including developing studies, proposals, and commissioning plans
Provide expert technical consultation and training
Resolve specialized technical issues and evaluate engineering design documents for actionable solutions
Participate in industry organizations and committees to stay updated on technologies and guide company direction (10%)
Assist in departmental and project planning, track metrics, and ensure results
Act as a subject matter expert for internal committees and business decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
At least 10 years of experience in the utilities sector
Experience analyzing electrical and mechanical systems
Application of engineering theory and problem-solving methods
Knowledge of engineering principles, codes, regulations, and standards
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Industry expert, active in professional committees or published work
PE license or master's degree required
