The intern will support the Health, Safety, and Environmental team in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment through various responsibilities such as conducting inspections and supporting HSE programs.

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting safety and environmental inspections

Support the development and implementation of HSE programs and policies

Participate in incident investigations and help identify corrective actions

Assist in the preparation of safety reports and documentation

Conduct research on HSE best practices and regulatory requirements

Provide support in HSE communications

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering/Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field

Must attain degree between Dec 2026 - June 2027

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Must be able to participate in the internship prior to completing your current degree program

Start date must be within 12 months of completion of the highest level of education

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
