Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions
Conduct in-depth data analysis, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover valuable insights
Develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions to address business challenges and drive growth
Effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences, including executives, sales teams, and technical personnel
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering results on time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data practitioners, product owners, technologists, and customers to achieve shared goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)
5+ years of experience in data analysis within client-facing consulting role(s)
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong storytelling skills - exhibiting data in slide form
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Advanced degree in a quantitative field
Experience in a professional services consulting role
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
Experience with product management or product ownership
Experience in Human Resources, Background Screening, and/or People Analytics
A passion for data and a desire to make a significant impact
