Lead E-Commerce Partnership Analyst

They are seeking a Lead E-Commerce Partnership Analyst to support their digital sales and integration partnership programs, focusing on managing strategic partners and driving customer revenue and retention.

Responsibilities
Identify new partners by gaining a deep understanding of our ecosystem, attending industry events and soliciting feedback on the digital business tools QXO’s customers use most
Work with product to ensure integrations are built on schedule and partners have the resources they need to build
Coordinate with our marketing team to develop shared customer launch plans focused on helping customers drive awareness of new partners
Work with our partners and internal sales teams to optimize joint selling to driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics
Support annual operating plan process and quarterly digital roadmap development
Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals
Be flexible and willing to do a variety of tasks while team is growing
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of SaaS or ecommerce business development experience, with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue and show results
3+ years in building materials or related industry
Strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
Ability to employ analytics to set shared goals
Advanced experience with excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.)
Advanced experience with PowerPoint
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Up to 50% travel may be required (Industry or partner events)
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, marketing, or related fields
