Responsibilities
Brindar apoyo general en mantenimiento y carpintería en cuatro propiedades ubicadas en Minneapolis, incluyendo reparaciones e instalaciones
Realizar trabajos interiores como instalación de paneles de yeso (drywall), pintura, pisos, estructuras (framing) y reemplazo de accesorios (por ejemplo: espejos, encimeras, gabinetes)
Instalar y reparar puertas, ventanas, cerraduras, persianas y vidrios, así como puertas de garaje y de clóset
Operar y mantener herramientas manuales y eléctricas de manera segura, asegurando un área de trabajo limpia y organizada
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of relevant experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field (entry-level or apprentice roles welcome)
Strong ability to consistently display a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to communicate clearly with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn from skilled tradespeople
