They are looking for a motivated and dependable administrative assistant who will greet customers, manage phone calls, and provide general office support.

Responsibilities

Greet customers & visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer/direct/route incoming phone calls pleasantly

Respond to emails in a timely manner when needed

Getting mail: Processing and distributing daily mail

Making bank deposits in person

Inventorying & ordering of office supplies

Assisting with special projects, branch event planning

General office-wide administrative support including: Photocopying, scanning, e-mailing, filing, and data entry

Assist sales team by reaching out to vendors to follow up on incoming orders

Help maintain office organized and presentable

Assist commercial sales team with the creation of construction documents in Adobe Acrobat X (will train)
