They are seeking a Category Analyst Intern to support the category management team by analyzing product assortments and sales data to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to business leaders, contributing to meaningful projects within the company.

Responsibilities

Collecting and analyzing sales data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform category strategies

Assisting the category management team with new product creation

Preparing reports on performance of new products

Assisting with the resolution of product holds

Documenting processes and best practices for long-term scalability

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Passion for retail, merchandising, and business

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Merchandising, or related field

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

Previous experience in marketing, retail, or customer service

Strong sense of curiosity and ability to 'dig in' to find insights
