Responsibilities
Lead quality strategy across the end-to-end supply chain, integrating best practices into sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
Establish and maintain a scalable QMS that meets growth, compliance, and regulatory requirements (including ISO 9001)
Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering leadership to define standards, metrics, and continuous improvement goals
Ensure products and processes meet or exceed customer requirements while minimizing risk, waste, and rework
Drive supplier quality programs, including qualification, auditing, and ongoing performance monitoring
Collaborate on new product designs, manufacturing methods, and process capability improvements
Prepare and analyze product/process quality reports, implementing corrective and preventive actions
Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies to reduce variability and defects
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Quality and Operational Excellence team
Manage financial performance by developing budgets, tracking expenditures, and initiating corrective actions where needed
Lead customer feedback loops to strengthen operational outcomes and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strategic and operational leadership experience in quality management
Experience embedding a culture of quality across supply chain organizations
Proven ability to lead Quality Management Systems (QMS) that conform to internal guidelines and external regulatory standards
Experience with ISO 9001 standards
Ability to partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering leadership to define standards, metrics, and continuous improvement goals
Experience ensuring products and processes meet or exceed customer requirements while minimizing risk, waste, and rework
Experience driving supplier quality programs, including qualification, auditing, and ongoing performance monitoring
Ability to collaborate on new product designs, manufacturing methods, and process capability improvements
Experience preparing and analyzing product/process quality reports, implementing corrective and preventive actions
