Inbound Sales Development - New Client Specialist
Easy Pay Direct is a leading e-commerce payments company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs succeed online. They are seeking a New Client Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for new merchants, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition into their services.

Responsibilities
When a new lead comes in, you'll be on it in under three minutes. You'll use every tool in your arsenal—calls, texts, emails, and DMs—to make a connection and get the ball rolling
You'll guide merchants through the entire application process, managing expectations, handling objections, and collecting all necessary documents and digital signatures. You'll be the conductor of a smooth, seamless onboarding experience
You'll serve as our initial defense against fraud. You'll analyze key documents like financial statements and personal IDs to ensure applications are complete and secure before they move on
You’ll maintain immaculate records in our CRM system (Hubspot), because if it’s not in HubSpot, it didn't happen!
Qualification
Required
3-5 + years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Tech-savvy and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of activity
A natural self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Experience in Fintech, Financial Services or the Software industry
Direct experience in Payments, Merchant Services
A background working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Familiarity with financial services or 'high-risk' merchant accounts
Experience in lead qualification and fraud prevention
