Responsibilities
Assist the teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
Provide one-on-one support to students during classroom activities and lessons
Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor and document student progress and behavior
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop effective teaching strategies
Support students in developing social and communication skills
Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in early childhood education or special education is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Basic knowledge of child development and early intervention strategies
Preferred
Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is preferred
