They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule service appointments.

Answer incoming phone calls
Responding to emails, chats and internet leads
Schedule service appointments
Assist in answering customer inquiries
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly motivated and self-sufficient
Strong attention to detail
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Must be able to work flexible hours including early evenings and every other Saturday
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
