Work on real-world challenges that directly influence our business

Build a professional network with fellow interns and top leaders across Minnesota and beyond

Attend networking events within MTS and across ITW’s divisions in Minnesota

Participate in personal and professional development sessions and fun activities

Present your project to MTS business leaders at the end of the summer

Required

Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field

3.0 GPA or above

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude

Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Must be able to work onsite at our Eden Prairie, MN location

Preferred

Previous relevant internship experience preferred
