The intern will work on impactful projects, assisting in business process re-engineering and improving IT applications to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
Assist in identifying, designing, and participating in business process re-engineering projects
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and processes to suggest ways to automate or improve new or existing systems, workflow, and interfaces
Analyze, modify, and document existing environment solution(s)
Support the creation and maintenance of documentation
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor-level or higher degree program in Information Technology or Business
High degree of technical aptitude
Results oriented
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
Excellent organizational and project management/prioritization skills
Experience in creating process flows and presentation development
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative team environment
