Junior Access Control Receptionist
Radiance Technologies is a 100% employee-owned company seeking a Junior Access Control Receptionist to support facility security operations for the Project Manager for Cyber and Space. This role is essential for ensuring the physical security and accountability of personnel and visitors within the facility, with responsibilities including access verification and monitoring security protocols.

Responsibilities
Perform personnel identification, access verification, and badging for staff and visitors
Conduct 100% checks of all visitor badges in accordance with facility security protocols
Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals and maintain communication with security leadership
Inspect incoming packages as required and monitor designated security areas
Detect, report, and respond to any violations of security protocols or suspicious behavior
Monitor all entry/exit points and maintain an accurate log of individuals entering and exiting the facility
Ensure compliance with facility access policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Experience with access control systems and visitor management
Professional demeanor and communication skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining security vigilance
U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an access control, reception, or security-related role
Preferred
Previous experience working in a military or secure government facility environment
Understanding of DoD facility access control standard operating procedures
