Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for partner payout operations, ensuring tools and processes are optimized, scalable, and compliant
Lead partner migration to the new payment system, track issues, and deliver a seamless partner experience
Provide ongoing post-launch support, resolving issues promptly and driving continuous improvements to payout workflows
Track, analyze, and report payout metrics to identify trends and inform business decisions
Drive improvements to internal systems and processes to streamline channel store operations, deployments, and partner/developer management
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver new features that enhance efficiency and partner experience
Manage the roadmap for projects focused on automating the certification of apps in the Roku Channel Store
Lead efforts to improve partner/developer management within internal systems by driving automation and operational excellence
Leverage data to identify partner inquiry trends and recommend enhancements to partner support programs
Improve self-service capabilities through better tooling, documentation, and automation
Manage partner tickets and ensure the Partner Knowledge Center remains up to date and effective

Required

4+ years of technical program management or partner operations experience, ideally in a platform or marketplace environment
Hands-on experience working with partner payout systems, including workflows, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Direct experience migrating partners to new payment or payout systems, with a proven record of driving successful transitions
Expertise in Roku Pay or similar payment systems, with an understanding of technical intricacies, payout structures, and partner-facing impacts
Strong background in improving partner or developer operations through process and system enhancements
Demonstrated success in driving automation initiatives, such as certification or app review processes
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners, provide outstanding support and proactively address concerns
Proven track record of using data analysis to identify trends, improve workflows, and enhance partner experiences
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across varying levels of the organization
