They are seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to introduce their painting services to homeowners and businesses, generate qualified leads, and connect customers with estimators.

Responsibilities
Canvass residential and commercial neighborhoods to introduce 360 Painting and carpentry services
Generate qualified leads for our top rate sales team
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Track leads and maintain accurate records of outreach activity
Meet daily/weekly outreach and lead goals as set by the territory manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months of sales, canvassing, or customer service experience
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people face-to-face
Active driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Self-motivated with high energy and durability
Preferred
Previous (1) year of outside sales or canvassing experience
Familiarity with residential services (home improvement, painting, roofing, solar, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual skills a major plus
