Responsibilities

Performing standard bridge engineering/design procedures
Developing structural details using specialized software (MicroStation, Mathcad, LARSA or various concrete and steel design or analysis programs)
Bridge inspections
Performing structural load rating calculations as well as assisting with geometric layout and bridge type studies
CADD plan production may also be required
Perform other duties as needed

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
Attention to detail
Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
