Responsibilities

Develop project management skills for staff across all North Texas offices

Provide project management team organization and leadership for projects across Area offices

Perform project reviews focusing on delivery oversight, financials, schedule, quality and project staffing

Coordinate with Market Sector Leaders on technical staff assignments for projects across Area offices and workshare management with HDR offices

Perform matrix of authority (MOA) responsibilities as delegated by the BGM

Support area project management processes focusing on removing barriers to execution to support the successful and effective delivery of HDR projects

Serve as a champion for cross-Business Group efforts

Function as a project manager on large or key projects

Assist with contract review on key projects to help ensure risk management, proper staffing, quality reviews and resolution of claims

Ensure the best technology and solutions are integrated into project delivery

Serve as a QAQC reviewer for Wastewater projects, including plans, specifications, models, presentation, and report, and be engaged early in the project delivery process

Perform other duties as needed
