Responsibilities
Strategize. From first principles problem solving, you will set the strategic vision for your initiatives for pricing setting across SKUs, baskets, and categories
Collaborate. You will support DashMart’s pricing initiatives through maintaining a close partnership with our engineering, category management, inventory management, and product management teams
Experiment. You will build dashboards, analyze A/B test results, and translate results into guardrails and playbooks
Analyze. Utilize your knowledge of data to model demand, elasticity, and unit economics and identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and initiatives
Qualification
Required
You're a strategic thinker and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions
You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel
You're able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively
You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals
You have a strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once
You have 4-6 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience
You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or a related field
Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities
