Responsibilities

Lead and manage litigation matters from inception through trial and/or settlement

Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings

Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and experts for testimony

Conduct and oversee discovery, including e-discovery, document review, and production

Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings

Develop case strategies in collaboration with partners and clients

Manage client relationships and provide practical, solutions-oriented advice

Train and mentor junior associates and litigation support staff

Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and case management requirements
