Responsibilities
Oversee planning, execution, and finalization of multiple network infrastructure projects
Manage the deployment of network infrastructure
Work across various teams including construction, engineering, operations, and vendors
Ensure quality assurance of delivered product
Produce weekly/monthly reports
Understand the client’s business challenges to help craft effective solutions that address the needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes
Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; help develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
Work on projects independently and participate as a team member
Work closely with technical and non-technical teams, coordinating resources and managing risks to ensure smooth project execution
Develop relationships and build trust
Travel 2-3 times per month to client locations outside of Colorado
Meet client onsite requirements (reporting to client site up to 5 days per week)
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in program/project management specifically for network infrastructure projects
Physical infrastructure experience
Experience working with construction teams
Ability to go onsite to local office several times per week
The ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Program Manager
Must be able to work independently
Classic program/project management skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop relationships
The ability to be a natural business partner and trusted advisor
A strong sense of urgency, committed to business context and outcomes/value delivered
