Responsibilities

Kickstart your career in the field of manufacturing and industrial engineering
Work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality
Make a significant impact by contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field
Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025 - July 2026
Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements

Preferred

Relevant internships or co-op experiences in manufacturing or industrial engineering
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma experience is a plus)
Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
Industrial design talent
Ability to learn new technologies
Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
Ability to easily and effectively balance many priorities and results-oriented demands
Good social skills, both verbal and written
