Responsibilities

Test Systems Management: Ensure the functionality and proper operation of advanced test systems, including both hardware and network components, to meet high volume production demands
Troubleshoot complex test systems and document findings clearly to facilitate future reference and enhancement
Analysis & Reporting: Present findings on the current health status of the test equipment, providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders
Continuous Production Support: Keep production moving smoothly by supporting internal customers and addressing any interruptions or requirements they may have
Work on proposals to obtain new capital equipment by evaluating needs, creating compelling business cases, and justifying investments

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
3+ years of experience in systems engineering (or related field)
2+ years of experience specifically in Test Systems engineering methodologies and tools, including requirements management
2+ years of experience with hardware repair and troubleshooting
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Preferred

Advanced Engineering degrees like MS in Electrical Engineering or related, is of value
Comprehensive knowledge in test systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
Experience in leading complex system integration projects
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
