Conduct research and prepare legal documents
Participate in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Qualification
Required
Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
Experience handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense
Driven team player
Excellent litigation skills
Strong writing skills
Persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic background
Proven skills in research
Self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision
Licensed and admitted to practice in California
