Accessibility Services Peer Readers & Scribes
Cecil College, founded in 1968, serves the educational needs of the community in Maryland. They are seeking Accessibility Services Peer Readers & Scribes to assist students with disabilities during exams and quizzes by reading questions and recording responses.

Responsibilities
Arrive promptly to all scheduled assignments
Read exam questions and associated answer choices word for word to the student
Record the student’s responses verbatim (either mark their answer choice, or transcribe their verbal response)
Make adjustments to recorded responses when directed by the student and only when expressly asked to do so by the student
Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or GED
Proficiencies: Fluent in English and be able to speak clearly
Availability must be submitted each term
