Responsibilities

Perform specialized WDO treatments (e.g., termite, exclusion, and other advanced services) with precision and in compliance with company and state requirements

Provide thorough inspections, identify pest-related issues, and develop effective treatment strategies

Execute treatment plans using high-quality and environmentally responsible products

Deliver exceptional customer service, educating customers on treatment processes, prevention, and long-term solutions

Maintain accurate records of treatments, services performed, and materials used

Adhere to KPI’s related to quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, completion of work orders, and revenue contribution

Address customer concerns with professionalism and provide effective resolutions through integrated pest management strategies

Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, gas card, and other assigned resources

Support sales efforts by responding to leads, providing recommendations, and closing sales when appropriate

Perform general pest control and ancillary services as needed
