Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and related technologies
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between different services
Utilize Entity Framework for data access and manipulation
Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application quality and performance
Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Work with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for efficient data management
Implement microservices architecture to enhance application scalability and maintainability
Utilize version control systems like GitHub and SVN for source code management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development
Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Bootstrap
Experience with database design and management using SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
Knowledge of software development methodologies including SDLC and Agile practices
Experience with tools such as Visual Studio, TFS, Eclipse for development and project management
Understanding of web services (SOAP/REST) and microservices architecture
Ability to write clean, maintainable code following best practices in OOP principles
Familiarity with CI/CD processes for continuous integration and deployment
Excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus
