Targeting/Biometric Intelligence Analyst

CACI International Inc is seeking a Targeting/Biometric Intelligence Analyst to support the Identity Intelligence Analytical Support program at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center. The role involves developing targeting intelligence products and providing support to Special Operations Forces (SOF) by analyzing unique identifying human characteristics to assess threat networks and enhance situational understanding.

Responsibilities

While deployed, you will be embedded with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks
You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance
Minimum: 2 years of related experience and a degree, or 6 years without
An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting
Experience conducting network analysis, pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and social network analysis in support of attack the network operations
Foundational understanding of the targeting tradecraft to incorporate trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, network link diagrams and pattern of like (POL) analysis
Experience providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements
Experience with a variety of analytical tools and databases to include BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, Open Source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse
Open to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism
Ability to meet appropriate COCOM pre-deployment requirements and deploy to OCONUS locations for a minimum of 6 months
