Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for federal-grade AI cybersecurity and network security solutions
Partner with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to deliver next-generation autonomous security tools
Engage directly with federal agencies, defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure operators to shape products against evolving threats
Build, scale, and coach a high-performing product team — demonstrating team size at start vs size upon exit
Champion innovation that aligns with federal initiatives such as CISA’s infrastructure protection mandate
Qualification
Required
10+ years in product management, showing clear progression from Product Manager → Senior → Leadership
Network security expertise within cybersecurity — proven delivery in threat detection, prevention, and incident response
Track record in scaling teams (number of PMs managed, org size at entry vs exit)
Demonstrated success in building product strategy from scratch, delivering measurable mission outcomes
Strong communicator at C-suite and agency level, with the credibility to represent the company in federal briefings, conferences, and CISO forums
Prior or active federal security clearance is highly valued
Proven hands-on experience delivering federal projects or oversight of them
