Responsibilities
Manage AR’s incident management program from intake to resolution
Create incidents in HR Risk system and triage with compliance, vertical risk advisors, and HR Incident Management Team
Conduct incident intakes with AR team members and partner with AR Incident Remediation Pod on preventative measures
Work with HR Risk to test AR’s controls
Review legal clearinghouses and RMAPs and make recommendations regarding control coverage
Work with leadership and other stakeholders to implement policy or process changes in accordance with clearinghouses and/or legal guidance
Act as BAIM for Associate Relations and manage IRP Policy
Perform system access audits in accordance with AR’s Data Governance Standards
Partner on ways to improve the associate experience with other areas of Associate Relations and Human Resources
Manage confidential case data and other privileged information
Participate in agile ceremonies and own story management in Jira
Review current processes, contribute ideas for improvements, and own/partner on implementation
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in an HR role
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
Preferred
At least 1 year of risk management experience
At least 6 months of Salesforce experience
At least 6 months of Workday experience
At least 6 months of Fuse experience
At least 6 months of Agile experience
At least 6 months of Jira experience
