They are seeking a dedicated Internet Fulfillment Team Member to ensure customers receive their orders flawlessly and on time, focusing on efficient order processing and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Efficient Order Processing: Accurately handles internet orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed promptly

Item Selection: Pull and prepare items for orders as requested

Wine Verification: Confirm that the correct vintage and type of wine is selected for each order

Packing and Shipping: Carefully pack, label, and ship orders to ensure safe and efficient delivery

Order Organization: Coordinate and manage pickup orders for a seamless customer experience

Transaction Management: Process customer transactions with precision, ensuring each customer is properly identified

Customer Data Management: Add new customer information or update existing data in Vision POS, while keeping our marketing department informed of any changes

Customer Correspondence: Communicate with customers to provide outstanding support, ensuring complete and timely resolution of any inquiries

Customer Service: Address and resolve customer service calls related to internet orders with professionalism and courtesy

Shelf Replenishment: Restock shelves with products in a timely and efficient manner
