Senior Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Manager - Marketing & Customer Analytics

Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for credit card marketing initiatives
Own the end-to-end analytics strategy for acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Partner with Marketing, Digital, Risk, and Product to translate data into high-impact strategies
Drive performance optimization by identifying opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI through advanced analytics and testing frameworks
Champion innovation by exploring new data sources, customer signals, and tools to enhance personalization and targeting capabilities
Influence executive decision-making by delivering compelling insights and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, credit cards, consumer banking, or a related data-driven role, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing analytical teams
Strong proficiency in data tools (SQL, SAS, Python, or similar) and experience working with large, complex datasets
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer behavior, marketing performance metrics, and portfolio dynamics
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree
Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
Industry experience is typically 8+ years
At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
