Responsibilities

Provide Workday functional consulting and direction to members of the CoEs, HR functions (Talent Management, HR Operations, Benefits) and business
Design and configure Compensation and Advanced Compensation components in Workday:
Salary, hourly, allowance, and bonus plans
Compensation grids and guidelines
Merit, promotion, and bonus cycles
Compensation eligibility rules
Compensation review process setup
Build and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and business processes specific to compensation
Collaborate with Compensation and Total Rewards teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions
Configure and support Annual Compensation Review (ACP) processes, including cycle launches, testing, and troubleshooting
Develop custom reports and dashboards to support compensation analytics and governance
Participate in Workday semi-annual releases, reviewing new features, performing regression testing, and implementing improvements
Support compensation-related security configurations, ensuring proper access and compliance
Use EIBs and data loads to support compensation cycles and configuration changes
Document configurations, test scripts, training materials, and process flows
Assists and in some cases owns the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of HRIS systems as it relates to the functional areas supported
Propose, document and implement new or revised processes to improve data integrity, security management, configuration and promote the consistent use of HR data and HRIS systems
Monitors business processes in Workday to ensure alignment with process flow documentation
Adheres to all company, country, local and other applicable laws or SOX requirements with respect to data usage and storage

Required

Education: Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED with relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of Workday experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Technology or IT with an emphasis in Workday configuration

Preferred

Workday compensation knowledge and experience are preferred
Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Advanced MS Excel Skills
Strong analytic and diagnostic skills as well as a data-driven and metrics-driven approach
Experience with Job Architecture is plus but not required
Accuracy and thoroughness while meeting customer needs in timely manner
Ability to refine processes based on best practices
Ability to work across cultures and across diverse management styles
