Required

Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and department-wide initiatives
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with R&D processes and technology integration in maintenance environments
Experience in driving cost reduction and performance improvement programs
Adaptability to work in dynamic and evolving engineering contexts
