They are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant, SD, Commercial to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Lead workshops to capture business needs, analyze gaps, and propose scalable SAP solutions
Build and maintain complex SAP SD configurations (Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, etc.) aligned with business goals
Manage functional testing, defect resolution, and deployment of new releases and enhancements
Guide business users through User Acceptance Testing and deliver training to Super Users and end users
Advise stakeholders on process improvements and challenge unnecessary customizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business leads to ensure alignment and delivery
Provide expert-level support for SAP SD/O2C processes and integrations with external systems (e.g., CRM, e-Commerce)
Represent the Commercial workstream in project governance, plan staffing and budget, and mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience
Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience
Preferred
Proven experience in commercial sectors with end-to-end pricing, contract management, billing, and credit processes
Strong understanding of SAP pricing strategies and schemes
Experience with SAP integrations to external customer-facing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud, e-Commerce)
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive process change
Experience supporting global ERP projects and strategic initiatives
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Exposure to other SAP process areas (Supply Chain, CRM Tools)
Experience presenting to executive leadership and managing vendor relationships
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA deployment methodologies and agile delivery models

This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
