Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and propel business growth
Build and leverage existing client relationships to expand Centric’s footprint within the account
Proactively find and establish new client relationships that are aligned with Centric’s growth strategies
Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships aligned with Centric's growth goals
Become a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and challenges and crafting tailored consulting solutions that deliver exceptional value
Cultivate, manage, and effectively interface with client personnel at all organizational levels as required to build long-term relationships
Qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs, quantifying potential issues, and determining the client’s budget and decision-making process
Work with Centric Leadership to determine the pursuit team and approach for identified opportunities and oversee the proposal creation process for new opportunities
Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure, demonstrating strong communication and virtual team leadership skills
Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Recruiting, Delivery) to develop long-range strategies and near-term tactical plans aligned with Centric's mission and vision
Provide accurate forecasts and insightful feedback to sales management and recruiters
Collaborate with service offering leads and team members to present a cohesive and impactful sales message and approach
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience selling solution-based services with a history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to connect with C-level executives and build trust as a trusted advisor
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset who thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments
Proficient in a CRM system for managing leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities
Possess a passion for building a thriving business with high levels of initiative, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Familiarity with the Columbus Metro Region and a desire to leverage your network for local business development and community engagement
Ability to deliver inspirational presentations in a client-facing environment with an adaptable style
Strong leadership skills for fostering a collaborative and team-driven work environment
Demonstrated experience leading and developing client relationships, exceeding client expectations, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions
Recognized as a thought leader in a particular industry function or domain, with a network that can contribute to business growth
