They are seeking Electrical & Instrumentation or/and Mechanical inspectors for a contract role focused on inspecting Instrument Air Compressor Units, ensuring adherence to quality standards and conducting final inspections.

Responsibilities
Monitor and Verify construction and assembly as per ITP
Witness testing
Review NDE and quality records
Verify equipment
Final inspection
Equipment Release
Qualification
Required
Certified API SIRE inspector is preferable
AWS CWI certification
Must have good Quality Assurance / inspection experience of rotating equipment especially compressors
The inspector will be required to sign an independent contractor agreement/sub-contractor agreement (1099) with SGS North America Inc
Preferred
NDE (UT, MT, PT, etc..) & NACE certifications are preferable
Skid fabrication inspection experience would be an asset
