Responsibilities
Drive the development of key features for the Coinbase Business platform, managing the product lifecycle from discovery and specification to launch and iteration
Manage a prioritized backlog for critical product areas such as business onboarding, payments, and reporting, ensuring your engineering team is focused on the most impactful work
Partner with our business customers to deeply understand their needs and translate their feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners like Risk and Compliance to execute on the product roadmap and deliver a world-class user experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully shipping features for B2B SaaS or FinTech products
Strategic mindset and strong product sense, with the ability to connect your team's work to the broader product vision and business goals
A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle. You excel at the tactical parts of the job: writing clear specs, managing a backlog, and driving execution
Good technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineers on complex financial systems
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to get things done
Preferred
Passion for and deep understanding of crypto and the onchain ecosystem
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A founder's mindset; you thrive on ambiguity and are energized by building from the ground up
