They are seeking a Student Engineering Intern-Solid Waste to support planning, design, and construction of various engineering projects while conducting field work and assisting staff with engineering calculations and reports.

Responsibilities

Provides broad support for the RESPEC Pennsylvania-based engineering team

Conducts field work, and collects data on existing conditions

Assists staff with engineering calculations and reports

Support documentation for new designs (product, material, and testing specifications)

Conducts support functions as needed, such as data entry and file management

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil, environmental or geotechnical engineering or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent research and analytical skills

Motivated and positive self-starter, able to work independently and in a team

Flexibility and desire to gain experience on a wide variety of technical projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Preferred

Introductory (or higher) AutoCAD skills
