Enterprise Sales Specialist
Mainz Brady Group is hiring a Senior Account Executive focused on public sector SaaS sales. The role involves driving new business in the public safety space through full-cycle closing of complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle ( prospecting → discovery → solutioning → negotiation → signature )
Hit monthly/quarterly sales goals and maintain strong win rates
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SaaS sales with true full-cycle closing responsibility
Highly experienced with 3–6 month, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Proven track record exceeding quota; strong executive-level communication
Ability to project-manage a large pipeline across varied stages
Highly skilled at remote SaaS demos and multi-threading deals
Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote) and CRM best practices
Preferred
Knowledge of local/state/federal procurement processes (public safety)
Success with long sales cycles and large transactions
Excellent virtual presentation & phone sales abilities; fast rapport-builder
Consultative, public-safety-centric approach (law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections)
Strong self-management and a documentation mindset (high CRM detail)
Experience selling to law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, corrections, local/state governments
First-responder leadership background is a plus
