Release Train Engineer (TEMPO), TS/SCI
Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is seeking a Release Train Engineer (TEMPO) to provide programmatic, execution, and administrative support for military acquisition programs. The role involves monitoring program execution, translating priorities into software development plans, and ensuring successful integration of complex systems.

Responsibilities
Provide programmatic, execution, and administrative support to Government Program Directors and Managers for ACAT-1 equivalent military acquisition program(s)
The position requires extensive acquisition, operational, and engineering experience, specifically monitoring program execution and integration of complex programs and multi-domain command and control (C2) systems
Translate acquisition and operational priorities into executable software development and integration plans
Monitor system development / integration; communicate progress / risks to program management; identify / clear blockers to success through deep understanding of C2 systems
Relevant experience developing, reviewing and coordinating acquisition documentation such as Statement of Work [SOWs], Request for Proposal [RFPs] and technical evaluations; mission integration; and government program office support
Tasks will include assisting the C2 system transition to operations through TTP and CONEMP development; aligning system development with operational training and planning; guidance to PMOs and MAJCOMs on standing up an operational squadron; and collaboration coordination across system stakeholders to include corporate developers, government test units, and program offices
Positions will be responsible for space segment integration into the system of systems
May be required to perform budget analysis, help develop POM inputs and analyze financial execution of the program(s)
This position will provide support to the organization’s leadership in meetings with other organizations and industry and will require CONUS and OCONUS travel

Master of Science or Engineering Degree in relevant field
7+ years of experience supporting national security programs as an engineer, systems engineer, and/or in a technical program management capacity
Current/active Top Secret/SCI; Current or recent DoD SAP access
Subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
