Responsibilities
Manage complex processes such as client grant programs, tax credits, permitting, and subcontractor coordination
Lead construction/solar projects where formal documentation or processes may not yet exist
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while aligning efforts with company goals
Implement complex business programs and initiatives
Coordinate implementation efforts across departments, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with leadership goals
Qualification
Required
Able to manage complex processes such as client grant programs, tax credits, permitting, and subcontractor coordination
Comfortable leading construction/solar projects where formal documentation or processes may not yet exist
Skilled at managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while aligning efforts with company goals
Experience with project management and data analysis tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in project or program management
Must have a proven track record of successfully implementing complex business programs and initiatives
Humble, motivated and solutions-focused

Goal and process oriented
Ability to work independently while also being able to work with other team members and explain complex concepts with clarity
