Responsibilities
Assist in the private equity investment process by supporting initial deal screening, pipeline management, and NDA execution
Conduct in-depth industry research, evaluate business models, and build comprehensive financial and transaction models
Prepare high-quality investment committee materials, supporting the evaluation and recommendation of new opportunities
Manage a portfolio of private funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs), including quarterly valuation analysis, performance reporting, and coordination of annual audits with third-party providers
Work closely with senior team members and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions and portfolio management activities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of transaction-oriented experience, with preference for candidates who have completed an Analyst program at a leading investment bank
Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic achievement
Advanced financial modeling expertise in Excel, with the ability to build and interpret detailed transaction models
Exceptionally curious, resourceful, and self-motivated, with a strong personal interest in private equity and investing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
