Adaptive Security is a cybersecurity startup focused on preventing AI-powered cyberattacks. They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to build the candidate funnel and define recruiting strategies for their technical team in NYC, working closely with leadership to attract top-tier talent.

Responsibilities
Partner with Recruiting Leads and hiring managers to define hiring targets and attract top tier talent
Source high volumes of potential candidates for software engineering, product, design, and other roles that arise
Manage recruiting funnel in Ashby ATS
Run candidates through process end to end, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a tech recruiting role, ideally with hands on experience hiring Engineers, PM's and/or Designers
High level understanding of technical concepts and terminology
Experience building boolean strings to source a high volume of candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Passion for empire building and driving outcomes to build great teams
Preferred
Experience working with ATS preferred (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, etc)
Recruiting agency experience preferred
