Responsibilities
Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone
Interacts with insureds and explains coverages, updates account information and processes renewals and cancellations
Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Receives and responds to customer service inquiries both written and verbal
Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution
Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handles calls and correspondence that are predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong typing and basic computer skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
Active P/C license or willing to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment
