Responsibilities
Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
Manage database and productivity reports
Commit to skill development through education and script practice
Become a real estate local expert
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional telephone skills
Sales experience tracking to a quota
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to learn and internalize scripts
Team player

Real estate license preferred
